Project Scope
Full client-side project management through planning, design and implementation, including:
- Client stakeholder engagement of internal client team (site facility managers, project managers and staff)
- EPC management of 4 separate contractors
- Contract administration including invoicing approval, variation review
- Review and approval of variation claims
- Certificates of practical completion
Quality Assurance ensuring systems are designed in according with project specifications, Australian standards, industry guidelines and best practice, including:
- Review and approval of design documentation and project documentation
- Post installation auditing and defect rectification management
- Review and approval of as-built drawings and O&M manuals

- Unforeseen site-specific site constraints leading to project variations; mitigated by Enhars experienced Project Manager, Engineers and Electricians
- Site safe roof hardware and safe access expenses and risks mitigated through robust project specifications of solar layout requirements to minimise safe access/hardware costs and variations
- Quality of installation with 4 separate EPC contractors and multiple sub-contractors
